We are looking for a Manager, HR Business Partner who will provide strategy to align business goals with polices, process and programs by driving organizational effectiveness, leading change management, organization development, and delivering talent effectiveness programs. You will be a functional expert, a coach and trusted advisor for our CUBIC organization.

What you will do

  • Partners with leaders and their teams to define short-term and long-term business objectives (workforce planning, development, talent acquisition).
  • Facilitate talent review discussions with managers including succession planning, assessment of potential and retention risk and identification of key employees.
  • Advises and assists business leaders regarding employee performance issues and required actions.
  • Collaborate with HR director and colleagues to bring value and support to the business through the delivery of new and existing HR programs including employee development, performance management, coaching, corrective actions, team building and compliance initiatives.
  • Identify the technical, professional and management training needs of employees within the business. Ensure the necessary programs are available locally.
  • Responsible for the leadership and development of human resource professionals within CUBIC.
  • Partners with leaders to create and maintain a culture of inclusion where all employees feel valued and see CUBIC as a place where they can do their best work.
  • Support data collection and analysis for such things as investigations, legal reviews, EHS requirements, compensation guidance and decisions.

Qualifications

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education:

  • Prior experience in a global, matrix organization.
  • The ability to think strategically and translate business needs into simple HR actions based on a comprehensive understanding of challenges and outlook.
  • In-depth knowledge of Danish labor laws, regulations including knowledge within the “Industrial agreement” (Industriens overenskomst).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • 5 years management experience with 12 years’ overall human resources experience, including direct, hands-on experience in managing employment issues.
  • Be fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to navigate complex situations and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
