Low voltage 4000A Switchboard for tempering furnace

Our Swedish CUBIC partners EA Elautomation in Västerås recently won a project for a low voltage switchboard 4000A for a tempering furnace. The L-shaped switchboard has outgoing groups mounted in MPI inserts consisting of plug-in/casette installed circuit breakers MCCB + contactors in 4A form. The switchboard consists of a transformer enclosure, an incoming ACB panel and 8 outgoing panels distributed on the 14 different furnace zones. The board is equipped with an arc detection system and the earth connection is designed for an IT system with surveillance equipment.
