You will guide the EMEA CUBIC Sales Specialist Team selling, from Opportunity Detection and Development (Need, Concept, Pre-Feed, Feed and Bank) to Conversion (Pre-engineering. Engineering, Procurement, Bid and Order acquisition). We are looking for a leader in a sales team of solution outcome based consultative sales talents, funnel management and helping the team building complex sales pursuits (from qualification to order closure) and sponsoring and growing executive level engagement/consulting. Driving long-term partnership is necessary . You will complement, sustain and expand into Large Strategic and Enterprise accounts, collaboration and agreement on the Geographical team, cross, portfolio domain experts, and strategic partners to Rockwell Automation. Global collaboration, win strategy and sales discipline, market access and Partners and strategy planning will be needed. You will report to the Regional VP Strategic Accounts and manage 10 direct reports and approx. 70 employees.
